Eric Soe

Eric Soe currently holds the position of Arizona Director at PaintJet, a company focused on transforming the commercial and industrial painting market through advanced Robotics and AI, since July 2024. Additionally, Eric is a seasoned Real Estate Investor and Restaurant Owner, with ownership and operational responsibilities for Leading Capital, a limited liability company managing 31 residential real estate properties, as well as the Rascal Flatts Restaurant Group and PJ's Grille, since January 2009. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
