Michelle serves as Lindsay Goldberg's Director of Tax. Earlier in her career, Michelle was a Managing Director and the Global Head of Business Tax Advisory at Citi. Previously, she worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in the Tax Department. Michelle was also a Federal Judiciary Law Clerk to the Honorable Denise Cote. Michelle earned her J.D. from Yale Law School where she was an Editor of the Yale Law Journal, her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law and her B.A. magna cum laude in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University. Michelle is a member of the New York Bar.
