Amalia Lopez

Amalia Lopez possesses extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the High School Principal for Alternative Education and Director of Special Projects at Lindsay Unified School District since July 2020. Amalia oversees various district initiatives, including the TSL grant, research and data science, and the Empower learning management system. Previous roles at Lindsay Unified School District include TSL Project Manager and Performance-based Curriculum & Instruction Specialist. Amalia's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Innovation in Education and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
