Chase Miller has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Chase started their career at Lindsey & Associates in 1995, where they served as Vice President. In 1999, they joined Cooper Communities as a Construction Manager, starting as a Superintendent and gradually taking on additional responsibilities such as Safety Officer, Quality Control, Budgeting, and Customer Satisfaction. In 2004, they established their own company, Miller Building Group, LLC, where they worked as President and Owner. Chase successfully built numerous residential, commercial, multi-family, and investment properties, obtaining contractor licenses in various states. Chase ended their role at Miller Building Group, LLC in October 2009.

Chase Miller attended Fayetteville High School from 1986 to 1989, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Arkansas from 1989 to 2007, majoring in Real Estate and Finance. Chase'sfield of study at the university focused on Real Estate and Business Management.
