Vilma Perttula

Vilma Perttula is an experienced professional currently serving as an LMS Specialist at Lindström since February 2020, focusing on the implementation and global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors LMS, as well as training and developing global training processes. Previous roles at Lindström include HR Partner, where support was provided to business units in Finland, and HR Coordinator, managing occupational health care and training processes. Vilma has also contributed to the NextGen Project, a global community of leaders promoting sustainable practices. Prior experience includes positions at Intrum and LähiTapiola, where expertise in customer service and debt collection was gained. Vilma holds a BSc and MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Tampere University and completed the International Baccalaureate program.
