Tayla Sayers

Tayla Sayers is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and previously as a People & Culture Coordinator at Lindt & Sprüngli Australia since July 2021. In these roles, Tayla assists the People & Culture Manager in implementing effective strategies aimed at fostering a value-driven, high-performing, and engaging workplace culture. Prior to this, Tayla gained experience at Impact Care from April 2016 to July 2021, holding positions including Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Assistant, and Administration Assistant, contributing to various HR activities focused on administration, employee engagement, learning and development, and support for employee lifecycle events.
