Supply Chain & Operations Team

The Supply Chain & Operations Team at Lindt & Sprüngli España y Portugal is responsible for managing the flow of products and materials from production through to delivery. This includes overseeing co-packing operations, maintaining optimal stock levels, managing retail operations, coordinating supply chain logistics for intercompany transactions, and ensuring efficient coordination between departments to meet market demand.
