Arturo C. is an experienced Industrial Performance Manager currently working at Lindt & Sprüngli since February 2023, focusing on EU & NA third-party logistics continuous improvement. Previously, from January 2020 to February 2023, Arturo served as Industrial Performance Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli Australia, where responsibilities included the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of operational processes. Prior to that, from June 2017 to December 2019, Arturo held the position of TPM Development Engineer at Lindt & Sprüngli Italia, leading improvement and digitalization activities that resulted in the achievement of two JIPM Awards. Arturo holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Lean Manufacturing from LIUC - Università Cattaneo, and has also completed studies at Fontys Venlo University and Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, along with an Upper Intermediate level English course at Stafford House School.
