Marco Baruffato

Marco Baruffato, MBA, is an experienced professional in industrial performance and operational management, currently serving as the Industrial Performance & TPM Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli since November 2015. Prior to this role, Marco held various positions at Fiat Spa from October 2010 to October 2015, including World Class Manufacturing Manager and Shift Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the coordination of plant activities and management of production shifts. Marco also served as a Focused Improvement Leader and ETU Supervisor, overseeing projects to reduce production losses and managing teams within the machining area. Earlier in the career, Marco worked as a Logistic Engineer at Alstom Transport, contributing to the optimization of internal material flows and supply chain management. Marco holds a BSc and MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
