Ueli Hengartner

Ueli Hengartner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters, and compliance. Since December 2014, Ueli has held various leadership roles at Lindt & Sprüngli (International) AG, currently serving as Head Legal Corporate/ESG & Europe and Deputy Corporate Secretary, following positions as Head Legal EMEA/APAC and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Ueli was a Senior Associate at Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd from September 2009 to October 2014. Ueli's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University as a Fulbright Scholar, bar admission from the Court of Appeal of the Canton of Basel-Stadt, and a Master's degree in Law from the University of St.Gallen.
