Vladimir Bilay

Vladimir Bilay's work experience begins with their most recent position as Head of Ukraine & CIS Emerging Markets at Lindt & Sprüngli since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Commercial & Marketing Manager in Belarus & Central Asia at Diageo from March 2020 to June 2021. Vladimir also served as an Asia Pacific Enterprise Executive at Creatio from May 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they held several roles at Procter & Gamble, including Ukraine Trade Marketing Lead for Personal Health & Beauty Brands from January 2018 to May 2019, and Traditional Trade Leader at EE/CAR Corporate Marketing Strategy Department from August 2015 to April 2018. Vladimir'searlier roles at Procter & Gamble include National Account Executive, Sales Team Manager for various regions of Ukraine, and Account Manager for Sevastopol/Yalta. Prior to joining Procter & Gamble, they worked as an Alumni Coordinator in Southern Ukraine at the American Councils for International Education from June 2006 to September 2008.

Vladimir Bilay obtained a Master's degree in Economics&Finance from Sevastopol State Technical University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008.
