Ola Foyn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Produksjonsdirektør (COO) at Lindum AS and Daglig leder at Lindum Oredalen AS since 2023. Previously, Ola held the position of Managing Director at ArcticFlow from May 2022 to February 2023 and spent over 13 years at ExxonMobil, culminating as Decommissioning Manager, where key achievements included leading successful shutdown operations with a peak workforce of approximately 230 and managing a budget of $20M. Ola's diverse roles at ExxonMobil also encompassed Site Digital Lead, Process Support Manager, and Nordic Commercial Lead, showcasing a strong foundation in operations, digital strategy, and commercial negotiations.
