Tia Young

Tia Young is a seasoned analytical scientist with extensive experience in the biotechnology and research sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Analytical Scientist at Lindy Biosciences, Inc., Tia has contributed to the field since January 2022. Prior to this role, Tia worked as a Research Scientist at Avazyme, Inc. from March 2019 to January 2022, and held multiple positions at Micell Technologies from October 2009 to August 2018, including Sr. Analytical Associate Scientist and Analytical Associate. Tia's earlier experience includes serving as a Resident Advisor at NC State University Housing from August 2005 to May 2008, where assistance was provided to over 40 residents while upholding university policies. Tia holds a degree in Polymer and Color Chemistry from North Carolina State University, obtained in 2009.
