Joshua Kozich

Joshua Kozich is an experienced maintenance and project supervisor with a background in property management. Currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor and Project Coordinator at Lindy Property Management Company since October 2019, Joshua previously held the role of Regional Production Manager at University City Housing from February 2015 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing production schedules for 1,085 apartments and overseeing maintenance crews. Joshua has also contributed to property management as a Maintenance Coordinator and Leasing Consultant, demonstrating expertise in managing work orders, resident relations, and apartment turnovers. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Temple University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
