Mercedes Encarnacion

Mercedes Encarnacion has extensive experience in property management, with a current role as Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Lindy Property Management Company since November 2022. Previous positions include General Manager and Senior Community Manager at Greystar from November 2012 to April 2023, and Property Manager at The Bozzuto Group from April 2006 to November 2012. Earlier in the career, Mercedes served as Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager at Dranoff Properties, and held various roles including Leasing Consultant and Accounting Specialist at Aimco from August 1999 to July 2004. Mercedes has pursued education in real estate at The Real Estate School since 2013 and has studied at Community College of Philadelphia.
