James Chen

James Chen is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product development across multiple companies, including LINE Corp, Rakuten, and HTC. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at LINE Corp since December 2019, James has successfully managed user surveys, data analysis, and communication with various stakeholders. Previously, as a Senior Product Manager at Rakuten, James oversaw the full-scale renewal of the company's main website. At HTC, James contributed significantly as a Product Manager, leading multimedia app development and integrating user feedback into product roadmaps for flagship devices. James holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Information Management from National Taiwan University.
