Dana Schappert Quaynor

Dana Schappert Quaynor has a wealth of experience in the employee benefits industry. Dana Schappert began their career in 2009 as an ASM Intern at Fiberlink. In 2010, they joined Cigna as a Business Analyst/Underwriter and Underwriter. In these roles, they developed business strategies, established business processes, evaluated risk and value of new business, and provided consultative recommendations to sales and clients. In 2016, they joined Creative Benefits Inc. as the Division Lead for Ancillary Benefits. In this role, they conducted research and executed strategic plan initiatives in areas of talent development and technology optimization. Additionally, they gathered and assessed business requirements from different divisions, created process improvements, and implemented changes in day-to-day business processes.
