Doreen Brandon

Doreen Brandon M.A. has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Training and Development Specialist at Linea Solutions, Inc. since March 2022, where Doreen creates learning modules using ADDIE methodology and Articulate 360 and RISE authoring tools. Previously, Doreen worked at GEICO from August 2015 to February 2022 as a Senior Retirement Training and Benefits Specialist, developing engaging learning products for over 50,000 associates and acting as a subject matter expert in human resource training. Doreen also held the position of Curriculum and eLearning Developer at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where Doreen created and managed training materials. In addition to these roles, Doreen has experience as a Co-Teacher in Mathematics at Meridian Public Charter School, a Training Specialist Lead at Bowie State University, and various roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Kean University, showcasing a strong background in education, community engagement, and program development. Doreen holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Bowie State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Communication from Kean University.
