Eric Griffin

Eric Griffin has worked in a variety of roles in the pension and benefits industry since 2011. From 2011-2015, they worked at Sierra Systems as a Consultant and Associate Consultant, providing functional support for PeopleSoft Pension integrated solutions. In 2015, they moved to Linea Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Oversight Consultant on a large public Pension Administration System implementation in the Bay Area of California. Eric later became a Senior Consultant and specialized in comprehensive Business Transformation Program strategy and management. Finally, they were appointed Director of Strategic Relations, where they specialize in aligning pension and benefits organizations with IT and operations solutions.

Eric Griffin attended Mississippi State University - College of Business and Industry from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Theory.
