Karen Conway, MBA, CCMP has over 20 years of experience in the field of organizational change management. Karen began their career in 2001 as the General Manager of the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra, where they implemented annual operational plans to yield consecutive surplus outcomes, increased the subscriber and donor base, and designed and implemented numerous profitable and creative fundraising events. In 2006, they became the Director of Operations and Events Manager for TCU Place - Saskatoon's Arts and Convention Centre, where they detailed and lead implementation of 60+ professional productions and large-scale complex events. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant (Change Management Lead) and Project Manager for the Saskatoon Health Region. Karen then became the Provincial CME Coordinator for the College of Medicine (CME Division), University of Saskatchewan from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior OCM Consultant for Linea Solutions, Inc. since 2022. In this role, they have been providing customized change strategies for enterprise, department or division-level changes that positively impact operational outcomes.

Karen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Saskatchewan, a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics with a focus on Finance & Consumer Studies from the University of Saskatchewan, a Certificate in Advanced Group Facilitation from the Justice Institute of British Columbia, a Certificate in Interest-Based Mediation from the Justice Institute of British Columbia, and a Certificate in Lean Healthcare White Belt from MoreSteam University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Creating a Culture of Change from LinkedIn in December 2020, Leading Change from LinkedIn in August 2019, Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in July 2019, Lean Green Belt from Cameco Corporation in June 2019, Prosci Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in January 2018, and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Global) in May 2019.
