Kristin Miner

Kristin Miner has worked in the Human Resources field for the past 24 years. Kristin began their career in 1996 at Accenture as an Analyst and then a Change Management Consultant. In 2000, they moved to Dean and Company as an HR Lead. In 2011, they returned to Accenture as a Senior Recruiter. In 2018, they joined Linea Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Recruitment and later was promoted to Senior Director of Recruitment. During their time at Linea Solutions, Inc., Kristin sourced top talent for management and technology consulting services for pension and insurance organizations across the U.S. and Canada.

Kristin Miner earned their Bachelor's degree in Organization Psychology from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts between 1992 and 1996.
