Tracy Bashaw

Tracy Bashaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and facility management within the logistics sector. Currently a Senior Project Manager at Lineage Logistics since October 2017, Tracy has previously held multiple significant roles at XPO Logistics, including Senior Logistics Manager and Facility Manager, where notable achievements included the successful launch of a 400,000 sq ft warehouse ahead of schedule and under budget. Prior to joining XPO, Tracy was a Lean Project Manager at Menlo Worldwide, concentrating on fostering Lean practices across facilities, where key contributions included developing Continuous Improvement Roadmaps and facilitating training. Tracy's career began at All Med Medical Supply as Director of Purchasing. Education was completed at the University of Phoenix between 2001 and 2003.
