Syed Zaidi

Syed Zaidi is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial management and control. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Lineal since March 2017, responsibilities include preparation of management accounts, budgeting, variance analysis, and oversight of working capital and credit control. Previously, Syed held the position of Finance Manager at Lara Bohinc International Ltd from July 2006 to March 2017, managing financial systems, statutory accounts, cash flow optimization, and a multi-channel operation. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager Finance at Galadari Cement (Gulf) Ltd, where financial statements and restructuring proposals were prepared, and Audit Senior at Deloitte, overseeing various audit assignments across multiple sectors. Syed holds an Associate’s Degree from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Master’s Degree in Economics, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Karachi University.
