Giacomo Poppi has extensive experience in customer service process development and management, currently serving as Sviluppo Processi Servizio Clienti at Linear Assicurazioni since July 2015. Previously held roles include Team Leader for the Call Center Vendita e Post Vendita, where responsibilities included team management and training material creation, and Operatore Call Center at Prime from March 2013 to July 2015.
