Guy Rahamim has a long and varied work experience. In 2009, they began working as the Chief of Security for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel. Here, they managed the entire physical and information security at a variety of embassies around the globe, maintained continuous negotiations and collaborations with different local offices and authorities, and managed the security aspects of the embassies' Independence Day events. In 2015, they were hired as the Chief of Security at the Hadassah Medical Center, where they managed and coordinated the security staff during routine and emergencies, monitored work programs and the implementation of procedures, and worked on a daily basis alongside nurses, physicians, and the Medical Director of the hospital. In 2018, they became a Satellite Operator and Customer Service Specialist at ISI - ImageSat International, where they developed operation skills of advanced IMOD and IDF technologies within the private sector, gained customer service and support experience, and led the company's backup site project (DR & BCP). In 2020, they joined Imvision as the first CS hire, where they built the Customer Success Org and worked alongside customers from the presale phase to onboarding and adoption, providing technical solutions in different environments to best fit customers' needs. In 2021, they began working as the Founding Lead for CS Insider, with the goal of highlighting the voice of the community, curating the best Customer Success trending resources, playbooks, and community happenings, and helping professionals network and meaningfully connect with their peers. Guy also began working as a Customer Success Manager at LinearB, where they carry out successful customer onboarding and strives for high product adoption, manages regular customer QBRs, and manages the commercial aspect of customer expansion and renewals.

Guy Rahamim's education history consists of a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2014 to 2017, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Ono Academic College from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they have obtained five certifications from SuccessHACKER and Practical CSM, with the most recent being a 2022 Top 100 Customer Success Strategist from SuccessHACKER in October 2022.
