Jessica Miller Noj has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources. Jessica began their career in 2007 as a Recruitment & Employment Specialist for American Casino & Entertainment Properties, LLC. In 2008, they moved to The Greater Boston Food Bank as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for recruitment and benefits administration as well as employee relations, training, and compensation. In 2012, they became an HR Manager for IMN, a digital marketing company, where they managed talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, employee development, administration of benefits, HRIS, performance management, compensation and employee engagement programs. In 2013, they became an HR Manager for Anaqua, where they built and streamlined HR infrastructure to enable growth. In 2014, they became Director of Human Resources for CloudLock, a cloud security company. During their time there, they successfully took CloudLock through due diligence and people integrations with Cisco acquisition, revised and improved performance management, built a lean HR team, and set the stage for formal comp structure. In 2017, they moved to Cisco as Head of Security Business Group Culture Strategy and Head of Employee Success - Cloud Security. In their roles, they drove cultural change management and ensured Cisco Cloud Security delivered on the vision of a unified team and experience. In 2020, they moved to Pillar Biosciences Incorporated as Director of People Strategy & Operations. Currently, they are the Director of People & Culture at LinearB.

Jessica Miller Noj received their B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Michigan in 2003. Prior to that, they attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1999 to 2001, studying Anthropology. Jessica also attended Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, though no degree or field of study was obtained. In addition, Jessica has received four certifications: Cisco Design Thinking Facilitator from Cisco in May 2020, Instructional Design: Adult Learners and Organization Design from LinkedIn in February 2020, and PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
