Shabrina Jiva Grande

Shabrina Jiva Grande has over 20 years of diverse work experience. Shabrina is currently the Chief People Officer at Linedata, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Linedata from 2017 to 2023. Shabrina also worked at Medley, a seed-stage startup, as the General Manager of Enterprise in 2021 and 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Principal at ghSMART. Earlier in their career, Shabrina held the position of Director of Strategic Projects at FULLBEAUTY Brands from 2011 to 2017. Shabrina began their career as an Analyst at AXA Private Equity in 2004 and later became an Investment Manager, playing a key role in developing the Asia-Pacific business. Shabrina also worked as an Auditor at Ernst & Young in 2003.

Shabrina Jiva Grande's education history includes an MBA from Harvard Business School, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Shabrina also holds a Master of Science in Management degree from HEC Paris, which they earned from 2001 to 2005.
