Brian Szmania has extensive experience in sales operations and marketing, currently serving as the Vice President of Sales Operations & Marketing at LineDrive since June 2005. Szmania leads a nine-person Client Services team focused on driving profitable sales growth and enhancing client engagement across five functional areas, including marketing and sales enablement. Previous roles at LineDrive include Capabilities & Development Director, where Brian implemented organizational on-boarding programs, and Director of Sales, responsible for managing Territory Managers and developing sales strategies. Earlier career experiences include positions at W.W. Grainger and Uline, Inc., along with educational credentials in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
