Michael Sebastian

Michael Sebastian has a diverse range of work experience. Michael started their career as a Summer Basketball Camp Counselor at Paramus High School in 2019, where they supervised and taught children basketball skills while also focusing on communication and leadership development. In 2020, Michael worked as a Grocery Delivery Driver for Instacart and also as a Food Delivery Driver for both Uber and DoorDash. These roles involved delivering groceries and prepared meals to customers.

In 2022, Michael joined Rutgers University - New Brunswick Recreation as a Member Services Assistant, where they provided customer service and ensured the safety of recreational center patrons. Michael also handled equipment sales and information sharing. Additionally, at Rutgers University, they worked as a Recreation Ambassador, giving tours and running information booths to promote recreational facilities.

In 2023, Michael joined Crisdel Group, Inc. as a Field and Office Intern. In this role, they assisted the estimating department with bid proposal documents, communicated with subcontractors and material suppliers, and collaborated with project managers and field engineers.

At the same time, they also worked as a Brand Ambassador for LineLeap, where they represented and promoted the brand.

Throughout their various roles, Michael has gained experience in customer service, communication, leadership, and project collaboration.

Michael Sebastian attended Paramus High School. The specific years of enrollment and the degree obtained are not provided. Following high school, they enrolled at Rutgers University–New Brunswick in 2020 and is expected to graduate with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering in 2024.

Additionally, Michael has obtained several certifications. In June 2022, they received CPR & AED certification from the American Red Cross. In May 2023, they completed the OSHA 30-Hour Training provided by ClickSafety and became Procore Certified as a Project Manager in Project Management through Procore Technologies.
