Rebecca York, Help Desk Manager, manages the Help Desk Technical Support and is focused on helping the team grow and serve the customers with excellence.

Becky has been with LinenMaster for 12 years and brings 4 additional years of software technical support and project management with her.

Becky Graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Science while establishing her career in software. She enjoys solving problems with her wealth of software and laundry experience and thrives on building strong relationships between the LinenMaster support team and the customers.
