Michael Whitaker, Help Desk Analyst, assists in diagnosing and resolving client incident reports pertaining to LinenMaster products.

Michael brings several years of help desk experience to the company from his active-duty service in the U.S. Marine Corps where he served as the help desk chief for his military unit. After being Honorably Discharged from the military he received his bachelor's degree in information systems from the University of Cincinnati where he spent most of his life growing up. Michael is excited to use his experience and knowledge to benefit client needs and build lasting relationships.
