Carl Alderson is a Director at Linesight, bringing over 28 years of project management experience, with the last 17 years spent in Australia. They have managed various new-build and refurbishment projects, including those involving heritage protected buildings. With a strong focus on developing business cases and advising on procurement, Carl excels at leading project teams strategically and collaboratively to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Prior to Linesight, Carl held significant roles at Turner & Townsend, Mace, and Astute PM. They earned a BSc Hons in Building Surveying from Northumbria University.
