Susan Whately

Susan Whately is a seasoned professional in global mobility and human resources management, currently serving as the Total Reward and Global Mobility Manager at Linesight since February 2021. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at IBM from July 2012 to June 2020, including Offering Manager for the Global Mobility Program and Global Mobility Manager, where responsibilities included managing employee relocations to new countries. Susan's career began at Curam Software Ltd., where Susan worked as Senior HR Manager for 18 years. An educator with a strong foundation in human resources, Susan earned a Master’s Degree and an Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland.
