Nadine Leary

Nadine Leary has extensive experience in human resources, specifically in leadership positions. Nadine currently holds the role of Chief People Officer at Qoria Limited, Linewize US, and Smoothwall, starting in 2021. Prior to these roles, Nadine served as the Director International Human Resources at MarkLogic from November 2015 to January 2021. In this position, they managed the HR function for MarkLogic's entities in APAC and EMEA regions and implemented various HR strategies. Before MarkLogic, they worked at OpenText as an HR Business Partner EMEA and Senior HR Manager, International from January 2014 to July 2015, leading HR activities across EMEA and APAC regions. Additionally, Nadine has experience in HR Operations as an HR Manager at Vertu/Nokia from February 2012 to January 2014, managing retail stores in multiple countries. Nadine also worked as an HR Manager at Baumueller Nuernberg GmbH from March 2008 to July 2011, where they were responsible for the HR function for 1,200 employees.

Nadine Leary holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Marketing (Business Administration Studies) from the University of Applied Science, Georg-Simon-Ohm, Nuremberg. Nadine also obtained a Certificate of English for International Communication (TOIEC) from the Business English School in October 2011, and an Instructor Qualification from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Nuremberg in June 2009.
