Shelley Duncan

Shelley Duncan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and management. Currently serving as Knowledge Manager & Retail Support at Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd since June 2023, Shelley has a longstanding career at ITS as a Technical Writer since October 2011. Previous roles include Technical Writer positions at Ricoh, Mobile Messenger, and Getronics, as well as Manager of Documentation and Application Engineering at Altium. Additionally, Shelley gained technical writing and software testing expertise at Itron and worked as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Academic qualifications include a Masters of Commerce in Information Systems and Management from UNSW, a Graduate Diploma in Education from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from the University of Technology Sydney.
