Daymion Rogers Phelps has extensive experience in sales and business development, particularly in the retail and restaurant industries. Daymion has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Phelps began their career at NCR Corporation, where they served as a Channel Manager for Radiant Systems. Daymion worked with Quick Service Franchise Brands and helped recruit and partner with resellers and partners to deliver Radiant's point of sale solutions.

After their time at NCR, Phelps joined BMI as a Sales Manager, where they built a retail point of sale system sales and support division. Daymion selected the retail product line and formed partnerships with leading retail system vendors.

Phelps then established their own consulting firm, DRP Retail LLC, where they oversaw the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics RMS at a luxury apparel manufacturer and retailer. Daymion later expanded their company to support Microsoft RMS Partner organizations with business development and sales strategy.

Following DRP Retail, Phelps worked at IUG - Retail Solutions Partner as a Director of Business Development. Daymion sold end-to-end retail and restaurant point of sale solutions, focusing on developing integrated solutions for retailers' unique requirements and driving sales growth.

Phelps then joined Teamwork Commerce as the Vice President of Sales. Daymion played a vital role in the growth of the start-up company, building a client base and generating over $1 million in SaaS sales. Daymion also managed the Partner program and provided onboarding, training, and sales leadership.

Next, Phelps joined POS.com as the Vice President of Business Development. Daymion led the transformation of the company into a leading provider of POS for retail, restaurant, and the salon industry.

Phelps then served as the Director of Enterprise Accounts at Springboard Retail before joining Heartland as the Director of Sales. At Heartland, they provided powerful and flexible commerce solutions to enterprise retailers, focusing on growth and a seamless shopping experience.

Phelps continued their career at KlickTrack, where they held the position of Vice President of Sales. Daymion played a key role in revolutionizing the shopping experience for cannabis retailers by providing a comprehensive toolset on one platform.

Currently, Phelps is the Vice President of Sales at LINGA rOS, where they lead the sales of the Linga All in One Restaurant Solution. The system offers a comprehensive restaurant operating system with full-featured applications and PNC backing.

Daymion Rogers Phelps obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Florida in 1995. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College until 1999.
