Aneta Koper

Aneta Koper is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR operations, personnel coordination, and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Global HR Operations Expert at Lingaro since May 2022, Aneta previously held positions at ORBA and ProCardia Medical sp. z o.o., where responsibilities included managing employee records, preparing employment contracts, overseeing employee training, and project management within HR. Aneta is also skilled in fleet management, cost optimization, and negotiating contracts with various service providers. Aneta continues to further professional development with a postgraduate degree in Labor Law from the University of Warsaw, while previously gaining foundational knowledge at the Medical University of Warsaw.
