Karol Kalinowski

Karol Kalinowski is the Head of Quality Assurance Competency Center at Lingaro, where they focus on enhancing quality standards and strategies. Previously, they served as a QA Manager and Team Leader at Lingaro from 2019 to 2022, managing e-commerce project testing and a team of software quality engineers. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2016, they held multiple roles at Samsung R&D Institute Poland, including Test Leader and Software Quality Engineer, where they managed test activities and documentation. Karol has also worked as a Test Manager at Onwelo, overseeing testing for financial services projects, and began their career as a Database Consultant at ABN Amro Bank Poland. They hold a Master of Science in Information Technology and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Politechnika Warszawska and Polsko-Japońska Wyższa Szkoła Technik Komputerowych w Warszawie, respectively.
