Wiktor Fido

Wiktor Fido currently serves as the Executive Director of Delivery Talent & Technology Excellence at Lingaro, where responsibility includes managing over 1,500 delivery consultants with a strong emphasis on talent management. Previously held positions at Lingaro include General Manager for Europe and Director of Sales & Account Management, focusing on enabling enterprise customers to leverage Data, Analytics, and AI. Wiktor also has extensive experience as a Senior Account Manager, Business Strategy Manager, and IoT Product Manager. Prior to Lingaro, Wiktor worked at Microsoft in various roles, including Technical Account Manager and Services Cloud Consumption Lead. Wiktor was recognized as a member of the “30 Under 30” Program by the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland and holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of York.
