Brian Kapp

Brian Kapp has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on software development and management. Brian is currently the Executive Director of Technical Delivery at LingaTech, a position they have held since 2019.

Prior to joining LingaTech, Brian was a Management Consultant at Method3 from January to December 2019. From August 2016 to December 2018, they were the Director of Solution Delivery at Computer Aid, Inc. And from March 2007 to July 2016, Brian served as Vice President Application Development and Chief Enterprise Architect at PHEAA.

Earlier in their career, Brian was a Senior Consultant at Link Computer Corporation from May 2006 to March 2007, and before that they were the Director of Software Development at Dataquest from November 1997 to April 2006. Brian began their career as a Technical Lead at The Hershey Company from January 1993 to December 1997.

Brian Kapp has a business administration degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a computer science diploma from the School of Computer Technology. Brian has completed 30 credits in business administration at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.

Brian Kapp reports to Kathir Ramalingam, President & CEO. They work with and Sean Crager - Executive Vice President. Data Services - Project Teams, DevOps - Project Teams, and SDLC - Project Teams report to Brian Kapp.
