Ken Bailey has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on project management. Currently serving as Project Manager at Lingo Construction Services since 2011, Ken has held similar roles at Nabholz Construction and Novak & Lackey Construction. Additionally, Ken was the Owner and President of Ken Bailey Construction from 1999 to 2007, showcasing a diverse scope of leadership and management skills throughout a well-established career in construction.

Lingo is a group of builders who appreciate the art of constructing unique spaces and structures. We thrive on distinct projects and have been fortunate to build award winning architecture on both the local and national stage. Our projects range from the unique 500 square foot interior remodels to tens of millions for whole block revitalization and development. Lingo does not adhere to specific project types, but desires to build professional and personal relationships with lifelong clients on projects of every scope. Lingo Construction was started in 1998 by Stan and Renee Lingo. Since that time, there has been great growth annually, as we currently manage over eighty plus employees. The Lingo team is a group of true builders and creative thinkers that are experienced project managers, designers, engineers, seasoned superintendents, carpenters, ironworkers and laborers. Through the integration of this diverse knowledge we are able to present the best approach for our owners.
