Erika Ng

Erika Ng has a diverse work experience in the field of communication coaching. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Head Instructor at CHUNGDAHM Learning. Following that, from 2016 to 2018, Erika worked as the Assistant Regional Director at APAX English. In 2019, they joined Lingo Live as a Communication Coach. Currently, since October 2021, Erika is working at Better Said as a Communication Coach. In this role, they have collaborated with numerous clients, including prominent tech companies such as Facebook and Slack, to enhance their professional writing, presentation, and leadership skills. Erika customizes their approach based on individual needs, backgrounds, and work situations, aiming to achieve specific goals identified with each client.

Erika Ng completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from Simon Fraser University. Erika attended this institution from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science - AS degree in Chemistry from Capilano University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Erika Ng obtained a TEFL 120 Hours certification from the TEFL Academy in October 2013.
