Chih-Wei Deng

Senior Affiliate Manager at Lingoda

Chih-Wei Deng has a diverse work experience in various companies and industries. Chih-Wei started their career as an International Sales Specialist at Antung Trading Corporation, where they supported European dealers in offering product solutions and developed sales strategies based on market conditions. Chih-Wei then became a Regional Sales Manager at the same company, overseeing the sales performance of KTM and Triumph in Taiwan and managing a network of 13 dealerships.

Following their time at Antung Trading Corporation, Chih-Wei joined BMW Taiwan, Pan German Motors Ltd. as a BMW Product and Sales Trainer. In this role, they conducted product and sales training sessions for over 500 sales consultants, analyzed competitors' products, and developed sales communication guidelines. Chih-Wei also worked on enhancing the soft skills of sales consultants and supporting them in obtaining certificates.

Chih-Wei then joined Daimler Mobility AG as a Student Consultant, where they conducted desk research on the automotive FinTech industry and investigated collaboration models for partnership improvement. Chih-Wei presented their findings to the international management team at Daimler Mobility in Germany.

After that, Chih-Wei worked at Forto as a Working Student in Account Management / Global Supply Chain. Here, they executed product demos, enhanced partnerships with agencies, generated high-margin quotations, and digitalized complex data from various suppliers to integrate them into existing products.

Currently, Chih-Wei is working at Lingoda GmbH as a Business Development Representative, executing outbound business development projects, negotiating and closing deals with B2B clients, and managing important corporate accounts to increase customer satisfaction. Chih-Wei was previously a Business Development Manager - Affiliate and Partnerships at the same company.

Chih-Wei Deng's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at National Chung Cheng University. They pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they completed in 2013.

Afterward, in 2018, Chih-Wei Deng attended The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Here, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Business and Consulting with a specialization in International Strategic Management. They completed this program in 2020.

In addition to their degrees, Chih-Wei Deng also obtained two certifications related to digital marketing. In August 2020, they obtained certification in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google's Digital Garage. Furthermore, in January 2022, they acquired a certification in "Google Analytics for Beginners," also from Google.
