Joel Beaudouin

Junior data scientist at Lingoda

Joel Beaudouin has a diverse work experience starting from 1999. Joel began their career as a PhD student at EMBL, where they focused on the development of fluorescence confocal microscopy and analysis approaches for protein interactions in living cells. After completing their PhD in 2003, they worked as a postdoc and project leader at DKFZ, utilizing fluorescence microscopy to investigate processes at the single cell level and bringing mathematical modeling to signal transduction. In 2016, they joined Institute de Biologie Structurale as a postdoc at the Structural Biology Institute. Then, in 2019, they joined Lingoda GmbH as a junior data scientist and also worked as a BI analyst intern.

Joel Beaudouin's education history begins with their studies at the ESPCI Paris - PSL, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Physics and Chemistry from 1995 to 1998. Joel then pursued further education at DEA, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Interface Physics Biology from 1998 to 1999. Finally, they attended Université Paris Cité from 1999 to 2003, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physics.
