Monica Ruda-Peachey has a diverse work experience in the education field. Monica started their career as a Language Teacher at Caledonian School in 2010 and then worked as an EFL Teacher at Wall Street English from 2011 to 2012. Monica joined EF Education First in 2012, where they served as an EFL Teacher until 2015 and then as a Senior Teacher until 2016. Monica continued their teaching and training roles as a Senior Teacher & Teacher Trainer at The English Studio Language School from 2016 to 2017 and at EF Education First from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Monica worked as a Curriculum Programme Consultant at Cambridge Assessment International Education. Monica then transitioned into digital ELT writing and worked as an ELT Writer (Digital) at 40K PLUS EDUCATION PVT LTD in 2019, followed by a role as a Content Writer at Lingoda GmbH in the same year. In 2020, they joined Pearson as a Content Writer/Editor. Currently, Monica serves as an ELT Writer & Teacher Trainer at Ruda-Peachey Education Ltd, a role they have held since October 2019.

Monica Ruda-Peachey completed their Diploma in teaching English to adults (DELTA) at Bell Cambridge, UK from 2013 to 2014. In 2009, they obtained a Trinity Cert.TESOL from St Giles Central in London. Additionally, they pursued a Diploma in Computerised Book-keeping at Truro College, specializing in the field of book-keeping and accountancy, from 2000 to 2001. Earlier in their education, from 1990 to 1995, Monica earned a Diploma di Perito Aziendale corrispondente in lingue estere from I.T.C. Leonardo da Vinci in Cagliari. Their studies during that time focused on Italian literature, English, French, and accountancy.

In addition to their formal education, Monica has obtained several certifications. Monica completed courses in Managing and Managing People, and Retail Marketing from The Open University in March 2018. In March 2017, they completed the Coursera Mentor Community and Training Course provided by the Coursera Community Team. Furthermore, Monica received certification in Reading: a Task-based approach from the University of London in January 2017.
