Dr. Thomas Gigant

I’m Thomas Gigant, a product management leader and consultant with over a decade of experience driving innovation across EdTech, e-commerce, FMCG, and beyond. I combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise in technology, financial modelling, and organisational dynamics to build products that deliver meaningful impact. I firmly believe that great product leaders are the CEOs of their projects, true leaders who master not only product and tech, but also finance, HR, and organisational behaviour with a sharp business understanding.

Alongside my professional work, I teach human resources, organisational behaviour, and leadership to Bachelor’s, Master’s, and MBA students at ESCP Business School in Germany and Spain. My research focuses on the future of work, exploring how organisations adapt to new ways of working, including the rise of contingent workers, automation, and the evolving boundaries of non-work.
