Leo C. serves as the Senior Director of Product at Collective Health, where leadership encompasses customer-facing product teams and AI product development aimed at improving healthcare for members and families while supporting employers. Leo is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Clayton Christensen Institute and holds the position of Executive Fellow at On Deck. Additionally, Leo provides care navigation and advocacy for a family member with cancer, and previously advised LingoHealth on product and growth strategy. With a background in technology private equity and experiences in product management, Leo has demonstrated expertise in navigating complex healthcare and technology landscapes. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual undergraduate degrees in Bioengineering and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School.
