Leticia Castro

Leticia Castro Carrion is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people and culture strategy across multiple industries. Currently serving as VP People at Lingokids since September 2020, Leticia has held various leadership roles including Director of People & Culture and Head of People & Culture. Prior to Lingokids, Leticia was VP People at Badi and HR Manager at Strands, where responsibilities included global HR strategy and alignment with international offices. Leticia's career also includes significant contributions as HR Business Partner at Galenicum Health, focusing on R&D and HR strategy redesign during company expansion, and roles at VF Jeanswear and Cirque du Soleil. Leticia holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Psychology from the Institute of Technology of Sonora, a Master's in Human Resources from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and a degree in Employment Law and Human Resources from EUDE Business School.
