Jen Vojtko-Rubi

Jen Vojtko Rubí, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at LingroLearning since January 2022, after previously holding positions as a Learning and Development Specialist. Prior experience includes tenure at the University of Cincinnati from August 2017 to December 2021 as Program Director, Instructional Designer, Curriculum Designer, and Faculty Trainer, where Jen directed a Spanish language program for 2,300 students and led a team of 30 instructors. Jen also authored curriculum for a digital textbook at LingroLearning in late 2019 and has extensive instructional design experience in K-12 and higher education institutions. Jen's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Second Language Acquisition with a specialization in Program Direction from the University of Iowa, as well as multiple master's degrees and a bachelor's degree focused on Spanish and education.
