Becky Shay is an accomplished professional in the sales and design industry, currently serving as the Regional Sales Director at Ekoa by Lingrove since February 2025, where leadership focuses on promoting sustainable materials made from natural flax fibers and bio-based resins. Prior to this role, Becky worked as an Independent Representative for Matter Contract from June 2022 to February 2025, engaging with the Architectural & Design communities across multiple states. In addition, Becky held the position of Director of Student Affairs for the IIDA Oregon Chapter from July 2023 to July 2024, where responsibilities included organizing events and maintaining communication with Campus Liaisons.
